Due to weather, repair and maintenance or otherwise specified by an employee of SMBR, all vessels are subject to change without prior notice. All attempts to give a comparable vessel will be made or a refund given. 

All participants including guests, family and friends are subject to the rules and laws of Smith Mountain Lake, VA. SMBR and its affiliates are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, death or property damage during the duration of your rental.
